into a cycle of negative thinking, leading to

This two hour Workshop provides
information on the symptoms of
Perimenopause and Menopause and how
these can be managed. The workshop
allows people to share their experiences
or simply learn more from the guidance
The session highlights the impact that stress can
have on the symptoms and gives hints and tips on
how to reduce that stress .
The workshop closes with a relaxation session and
a free Menopause Awareness Booklet to take away.

This course is also ideal for any groups that wish to raise awareness, or simply understand more about Menopause.
Hypnotherapy relaxation sessions can be a great addition to a stressful working day, a well-being event or even as a lovely addition to a private party or gathering.
These can be delivered face to face or over Zoom for those working from home and provide 30 minutes of deep relaxation.
The group simply take a seat in a suitable, comfortable location and the session can begin. We start by briefly exploring the positives of the participants week to place the audience in their positive, ‘intellectual’ brain. We then move on to simple deep breathing to release tension and they can then sit back, relax, and unwind as they listen to words of relaxation and guided visualisation to carry them into Hypnotherapy Trance.
In our day to day lives we all naturally go in and out of trance states many times during the day – perhaps when we are driving, reading a good book or even washing the dishes. In this relaxed state, we experience changes in our conscious awareness – almost like being in a day-dream. During this time, the unconscious mind is more aware and can focus on helpful suggestions and thoughts. Trance is not mind-control!
Participants leave feeling relaxed, focused and motivated .
